So far so good. Works just as advertised, tohough the cat will take some adapting to it.
The pump is quite silent, you'll hear the flow of water more than the motor.
Great feature to add to any future model would be a tuneable motion sensor that could be set to detect only motion very near to it, The way it is it detects me every time I go by it.
